Customer use of DiraNexus Health is governed by an executed agreement that clearly separates the public product brand from the legal entity that signs it.
Commercial agreement
Customer use will be governed by an executed service agreement or master services agreement together with the applicable service order.
The service order identifies subscribed capabilities, organizational scope, implementation, fees and other customer-specific terms.
Privacy
The public privacy notice describes information collected through the website and business relationship. Product handling of protected health information is additionally governed by the customer agreement, Business Associate Agreement where applicable, and healthcare privacy law.
HIPAA / BAA
Where DiraNexus acts as a HIPAA business associate, a written Business Associate Agreement is executed before production PHI is processed.
